And so this was Christmas........

Finishing off Boxing Day and reporting that Christmas Day was 100% traditional for me and I suspect that the atmosphere would not have been unfamiliar to the Jones Family. 

Held, as ever (except that last year 3 out of the 4 of us, were in the U.K. and the year before that, I was in the Netherlands) in the home where we've celebrated Christmas since 1981, divorce notwithstanding.

Anneke and Nell attend the Dutch-Australian Genealogy Group's meet-up............

I HAD been told but, although it feels like I'm standing still, on the other hand, I may have too many fingernails in too many Dutch-Australian "pies" (stroopwafels?). 

At the last minute, before attending yesterday's bi-monthly meet-up of the Dutch Australian Genealogy Group, I decided to leave my video and still cameras, at home.
