Journey of a Groningen Girl
Finishing off Boxing Day and reporting that Christmas Day was 100% traditional for me and I suspect that the atmosphere would not have been unfamiliar to the Jones Family.
Held, as ever (except that last year 3 out of the 4 of us, were in the U.K. and the year before that, I was in the Netherlands) in the home where we've celebrated Christmas since 1981, divorce notwithstanding.
The mixture of guests, reminds me of the "mixture" present at Malcolm's birthday party and Nell's book launch, ( including a few teachers, working in a a variety of situations).
Who knows? Perhaps one day paths will cross. It's not unlikely.
